Am fo zilele trecute la o masa prin Taverna Sarbului…unde m-am dedulcit la o zacusca sarbeasca. Bunaaaa rau…ai fi mancat multa.
Acu eu caut reteta…ca tare m-au facut curios cam ce ingrediente baga in ea.

Deci care are…si care poate sa-mi dea si mie reteta, ii raman dator cu un borcan de zacusca sarbeasca…dupa ce o pun in practica ?

Pana atunci sa ascultam un cantec a lu Goran Bregovic, Mesecina.

  1. Eu am o “reteta” de zacusca, dar din Basarabia. Iti scriu ce ingrediente se flosesc si poti sa deduci daca este aceeasi mincare. Vinete coapte, ceapa, ardei cruzi(mai buna cu ardei copti) rosii. Se taie ceapa si se pune la prajit , cind s-a inmuiat se pun ardeii si la urma rosiile. Selasa pe foc pina sunt gata si apoi se pun vinetele coapte si tocate.
